A message will pop up about resetting your password.
It will let you know to which device instructions for resetting your Apple ID have been sent. Now you need to choose whether to reset your password on a different device or use the trusted number you gave. Next, enter your trusted phone number and click Continue. Otherwise, enter your Apple ID and click Continue. However, if you can’t, click Forgot Your Apple ID? to retrieve it. Hopefully, your Apple ID is easy to remember since it’s always an email address.
